Welcome to Depend Fashion. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Depend Fashion is a luxury fashion brand based in Accra, Ghana. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and Depend Fashion ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our garments.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Customized or made-to-order items may have additional lead times and pricing, which will be communicated before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
• We accept mobile money, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods supported by Paystack.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, or violation of these terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)

• Standard domestic shipping is charged at ₵30 per order.
• Orders over ₵500 qualify for free domestic shipping.
• Estimated delivery within Accra is 1–3 business days; other regions may take 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available at a flat rate of ₵150.
• Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Depend Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, the following conditions apply:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at dependfashion01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of Depend Fashion and is protected under Ghanaian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written consent.

7. User Accounts

• You may create an account to track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Depend Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Depend Fashion, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, breach of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

11. Force Majeure

Depend Fashion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government action, pandemic, power failures, or disruption of telecommunications or courier networks.
